🌕Core Responsibilities

The DAO acts as the governing body of the platform, responsible for the following functions:

  1. Model Upgrade Proposals

  • Any contributor can submit proposals to improve the diagnostic engine—such as adding new disease types, updating architectures, or integrating recent research.

  • All upgrades must be voted on by the community and audited for dataset compliance and ethical soundness.

  1. Dataset Governance

  • DAO manages an open image pool consisting of anonymized, community-submitted medical images.

  • Members can propose additions to expand coverage (e.g., by imaging modality, region, or case type).

  • High-quality, well-annotated contributions are rewarded with $Dr.B tokens.

  1. Incentives & Rewards System

  • Contributors are rewarded for uploading images, validating reports, and auditing outputs.

  • A "Reputation Score" is assigned based on data quality and consistency, enhancing future voting weight and rewards.

  1. Localized Model Governance

  • Regional variations in pathology require tailored models. The DAO supports proposals for "localized model forks" that reflect specific population data.

  • All localized deployments undergo expert cross-region peer review to avoid overfitting or bias.

  1. Ethics & Compliance Oversight

  • An ethics board reviews potential misuse, including dataset tampering, model hallucinations, or malicious submissions.

  • Anonymous reporting channels allow users to flag suspicious behavior, enhancing transparency and trust.
